Why honor AAPI Military and First Responders?
Asian American Pacific Islander military and first responders only make up a very small percentage of their respective military branch and public safety departments. They serve selflessly to keep our country, state, and local communities safe. They are our AAPI Hometown Heroes.
We want to show support to these minority AAPI military and first responders who answers our emergency calls by honoring and highlighting their service. Their occupation and careers are the most dangerous and causes both mental and physical wounds that can stay with them the rest of their lives. They dedicate their lives to answering our emergency calls. We need to serve those that serve us daily. Serving those who serve.
We created a Facebook page Asian American Pacific Islander First Responders Military - WA to highlight our heroes. Take a look or add a story.
